Description
Who can resist the allure of warm, chocolatey cookies? With this quick and easy recipe, you’ll have a delightful treat ready in no time!
Ingredients
Scale
1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and flour. Stir until you achieve a smooth and thick cookie dough.
- If you want extra chocolate goodness, fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dough.
- Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll each piece into a ball about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between them to allow for spreading while baking.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when the edges look set and the tops are slightly cracked.
- Once out of the oven, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the ultimate treat, serve these cookies warm alongside a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream!
