- 9 lasagna noodles
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (diced)
- 12 oz. bag of frozen broccoli (thawed)
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Boil the noodles per package instructions. Drain and spread out on a kitchen towel.
- Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken breasts until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, thawed broccoli, shredded mozzarella, and half of the parmesan cheese.
Assemble the Lasagna:
- Spread a portion of the chicken and broccoli mixture at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer with noodles, then repeat the process, finishing with a layer of noodles.
- Top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake:
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
