- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or Panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet (1 ounce ranch seasoning mix)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the coating: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, press the chicken into the cracker mixture, making sure each piece is evenly coated on all sides.
- Arrange in baking dish: Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the top of the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
