  • 4 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or Panko breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet (1 ounce ranch seasoning mix)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the coating: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, press the chicken into the cracker mixture, making sure each piece is evenly coated on all sides.
  4. Arrange in baking dish: Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the top of the chicken.
