1 box chocolate cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) box chocolate instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup vegetable oil
½ cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1½ cups mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10 minutes, then use a fork to poke holes all over the cake.
