Indulge in this easy, delicious No-Bake Oreo Mud Pie! A creamy, chocolatey dessert with a crunchy Oreo crust—perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

For the crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

For the filling:

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ cups cold milk

For the topping:

  • ½ cup crushed Oreos
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the crust:

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin.
  2. Combine the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.

Make the cream cheese filling:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling over the chilled Oreo crust.

Prepare the chocolate pudding layer:

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until it thickens.
  2. Let it set for about 5 minutes to ensure it’s firm before layering.

Assemble the pie:

  1. Layer the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer in the pie dish.
  2. Top with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it evenly.

Add the finishing touches:

  1. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the pie.
  2. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for decoration and an extra crunch.

Chill the pie:

  1. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. This allows the pie to fully set and makes for cleaner slices.

Serve and enjoy:

  1. Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra touch of indulgence.
  2. Slice, serve, and enjoy the creamy, chocolatey goodness!
