1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Drizzle the strawberry jam over the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the sliced fresh strawberries on top.
- Top with the remaining graham cracker mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a more intense strawberry flavor, you can add more jam or fresh strawberries. This dessert can be made a day in advance.
