Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until well mixed.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, vanilla extract, and mini chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
